    In a large bowl, stir yeast in lukewarm water until dissolved. Add flour, sugar, and salt and knead for approx. 8 – 10 min. until a smooth dough forms. Place dough in a clean bowl and transfer to oven to rise. Select automatic program “cake / yeast dough” and set for 30 min. The dough should double in size.

    In the meantime, in a large bowl, mix ground meat with breadcrumbs, cilantro, heavy cream, Asian spice mix, and salt. Form 8 equal-sized meat rolls from the mixture and brush with some olive oil. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rest for approx. 30 min. in the fridge.

    When focaccia dough has risen, knead again for approx 3 – 4 min. Coat half of the baking sheet with olive oil and stretch the dough to cover the greased half completely. Transfer back to the oven to rise once more, selecting automatic program “cake / yeast dough” for 30 min.

Transfer vegetable mixture to baking dish and place meat rolls on top. Remove foccacia from oven, then preheat the automatic program M Chef Menu / Kebab / Cauliflower / Focaccia.
