black peppercorn
⅜ tsp
ground cinnamon
⅜ tsp
ground cardamom
⅜ tsp
ground cloves

  • Step 1/2

    • ⅜ tsp black peppercorn
    • ¾ tsp cumin seeds
    • ⅜ tsp ground cinnamon
    • ⅜ tsp ground cardamom
    • ⅜ tsp ground cloves

    Mix all spices and heat them in a dry pan until they become fragrant.

  • Step 2/2

    Grind all the spices finely in a mortar with a pestle.
