Fill a coffee cup or glass with hot water to heat it. In a measuring cup, whip cream until slightly thickened.
Discard water and add brown sugar to the cup or glass. Add coffee and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add whiskey.
Pour cream onto coffee over the back of a tablespoon, thus ensuring that it floats on top. Enjoy!
