Hokkaido ginger soup with candied pumpkin seeds
The ginger in this soup will play nicely off the cinnamon in the hot toddy, and both will bring renewed warmth to your body.
Pour hot water into a mug. Add honey, cloves, and cinnamon stick. Allow to cool for approx. 2 – 3 min.
Cut lemon into thin slices.
Add brandy and lemon juice to mug. Lightly stir. Enjoy!
