Limoncello Spritz
Based on 9 ratings
"This is summer in a glass. The 3-2-1 formula ensures a fool-proof spritz, recreated perfectly every time: 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts limoncello and 1 part sparkling water. Make a single glass, or scale it up for a crowd-friendly pitcher.
Add basil, rosemary, mint or other herbs to dial up the freshness factor further. If youâre up for it, have a look at our homemade limoncello recipe and start from scratch to tailor it perfectly to your taste.
Party tip: Add limoncello and lemon to a pitcher and refrigerate. Add ice, prosecco, sparkling water, and a pinch of salt just before serving and enjoy with friends!"
