We’re as ready as can be (if not to say desperate) for the long-awaited holiday season. As schools close for summer, siestas get longer, and local shops close their shutters for a well-deserved break, we’re inviting you to share your seaside-inspired creations. We’re looking for dishes that are wonderfully fishy and salty as the sea. If you’re not lucky enough to visit the seaside anytime soon, a homemade bucket of clams, seafood paella, or good old fish and chips can surely take you there.
