Last week, we feasted with our families in the spirit of Christmas. We knew there was going to be a lot of leftover food, so we asked you for some ideas for how to repurpose it. Casseroles, soups, sandwiches, and creative pizzas were the winners. With full stomachs and happy hearts, we are ready to head towards the New Year. The year is drawing to a close, and it’s safe to say that 2017 has been full of culinary surprises. Glowing donuts, activated charcoal ice cream, rainbow bagels, vegan burgers, zero-waste cooking—there have been many unusual creations and new habits. We are excited to see what 2018 has in store for us, and we would love to peek at your New Year’s resolutions.
