Over the last couple of decades, Asian food has taken the world by storm. As we travel more, we try more foods and fall in love with hotter spices, bolder flavors, and more explosive tastes. What may have been considered niche and exotic in the past, is now a firm favorite on everyone’s eat-out or takeout list. We’re talking coconut curry, egg-fried rice, wonton soup, ramen noodles, pork dumplings, veggie stir-fry, kung pao shrimp, matcha latte, mango pudding, and much more!
