Break chocolate into even pieces and melt in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water.
Roughly chop pistachios and cranberries. Set aside 2 tbsp. for decoration. Add chopped pistachios and cranberries to the melted chocolate and stir to combine.
Spread the chocolate mixture over parchment paper, approx. 0.5-cm/0.25-in. thick, and sprinkle remaining pistachios and cranberries on top.
Let chocolate harden for at least 4 hrs., then cut or break into pieces. Enjoy!
