Chai hot chocolate
Pair this rich, chocolatey pudding with a chai hot chocolate for pure chocolate indulgence in the mornings.
Peel, pit, and quarter avocado. Deseed vanilla bean. Cut banana into chunks.
Add avocado, banana, vanilla bean seeds, cocoa powder, and agave nectar to a blender.
Add almond milk to blender and blend on high speed for approx. 1 –2 min. until a smooth, pudding-like consistency is achieved.
Transfer pudding to jars for serving. Garnish with pineapple and mint. Enjoy!
