Pomegranate and blueberry smoothie, 2012
Energy balls mean business, so pair them with our superfood packed pomegranate blueberry smoothie for an antioxidant packed morning.
Add oatmeal, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, dates, apricots, and cranberries to a food processor.
Blend for approx. 1 – 2 min. until all ingredients are well chopped.
Transfer mixture to a large bowl. Add water and stir well until fully combined. Allow to set for approx. 10 – 15 min.
Take small portions of the dough (approx. 1.5 tablespoons) and form each portion into a little ball. Then, roll the balls in cocoa powder. Enjoy as a healthy snack!
