Step 1/5

In a large bowl, stir together oats, yogurt, milk, and honey. Cover and chill in refrigerator overnight or at least 2 - 3 hours.

In a large bowl, stir together oats, yogurt, milk, and honey. Cover and chill in refrigerator overnight or at least 2 - 3 hours.

For berry topping, heat frozen berries and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for approx. 5 - 7 min. until mixture has thickened slightly. Remove from heat. To serve, spoon one third of the oat mixture into a glass and top with berries.
