This elegant Chardonnay with its fruity flavor is a perfect companion to this creamy dish.
Add milk and heavy cream to a large pot. Heat over medium-high heat for approx. 2 min. Add macaroni, garlic powder, and turmeric to the pot. Grate approx. one teaspoon of nutmeg into the pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and cook over medium-high heat, stirring often, for approx. 10 – 15 min., or until pasta is al dente.
