How to prepare garlic
Technique:
To peel garlic, crush the clove with your hand; remove green sprout and skin. Cut garlic into thin slices or mince.
Uses:
Garlic adds great flavor and aroma to a wide variety of dishes including soups, stews, sauces, roasts, fish, and so forth. It’s wise to always have at least one bulb of garlic on hand!
