This delicious coffee with a hint of chocolate is the perfect combination to your crispy Florentines.
Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F. Melt butter, honey, and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Zest orange and lemon into saucepan, add salt, and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
Stir in chopped peanuts and sliced almonds.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a spatula to spread mixture into a thin rectangle. Transfer to preheated oven and bake at 190°C/375°F for approx. 10 - 15 min.
Cut into even triangles while still warm. If desired, garnish with chocolate ganache and salt. Enjoy!
