This delicious coffee with a hint of chocolate is the perfect combination to your crispy Florentines.
Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F. Melt butter, honey, and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Zest orange and lemon into saucepan, add a pinch of salt, and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
Stir in chopped peanuts and sliced almonds.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a spatula to spread mixture into a thin rectangle. Transfer to preheated oven and bake at 190°C/375°F for approx. 10 - 15 min.
Cut into even triangles while still warm. If desired, garnish with chocolate ganache and salt. Enjoy!
