Add sugar, cane sugar, honey, and bourbon to a pot, bring to a boil and simmer for approx. 5 – 7 min. until the syrup thickens and browns. Remove the pot from heat.
Add the cream and salt, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil again and stir for another approx. 5 – 7 min., or until a creamy consistency is achieved. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then fill in sealable glass jars. Enjoy!
